Where are you based?

We are based in Beds, and cover Herts, Beds and Cambs.

Can I still book you during Covid19?

In the case of a government enforced lockdown we will always be flexible and work with you to move your booking to another date if required (subject to availability). 

 

Please check the current COVID alert level for your location and the venue location before booking.

How do I book?

We have made the booking process as simple as possible, you can take a look at our Igloo Packages and click 'Book Now' selecting your date and securing this date with a deposit. 

Can I book for longer periods of time?

If you can see both dates you would like are free, please drop us a message and we will give you a coupon code to discount your booking for longer timescales. 

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is requested in order to reserve your booking; with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to delivery. 

 

We also ask for a refundable deposit of up to £200 during your hire period, against any damage or severe soiling to the equipment. This will be due the day we deliver the equipment, and refunded the day we collect.

How much room does an Igloo require?

We need 4x4m for your igloo hire, on a clear flat surface.

Can I have real flowers instead of artificial?

Some of our packages, especially our luxury dining packages include real flowers. However if you are looking for something in particular, then please let us know. 

I have a specific idea in mind, can I use my own decorations?

Of course, however please read over our Terms and Conditions in regards to damage. Please also let us know, as we have several additions in stock that we may be able to help you with. 

Is it too cold to book an Igloo?

During the colder months, all our igloos come with heating. 

Are you insured?

Yes, we have public liability insurace. 

Are you a registered company?

Yes, we are registered with Companies House, our Company number is 13210501.

Who is liable for any accidents or damages?

As per our Agreement, the hirer will be held liable for any accidents or damages caused during the hire. Please read our Terms & Conditions thoroughly to avoid any doubt.

I need to cancel, how can I do this?

If you need to cancel your booking, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to delivery. All booking deposits are non-refundable. However, we will try to work with you to book for another date.
